    Hey all,

    Thought I would set up my own food diary so both you and I can see what and how much i'm eating (i'm hoping it will motivate me more!). So here we go...

    Monday 4th May 2009 (Green Day)

    Breakfast: 27g Porridge Oats (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA)

    Snack: Punnet of strawberrys and a very small amount of Haribo.

    Lunch: Pack of Batchalors Savory Chicken Rice

    Dinner: Large jacket potato with half a tin of baked beans mixed with Worcestershire sauce and fried onions (nothing used to help fry the onions)

    Tuesday 5th May 2009 (Red Day)

    Breakfast:
    Fruit 'n' Fibre (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA)

    Snack: Punnet of strawberrys and a banana.

    Lunch: Packed of Tesco proper smoked ham with a banana

    Dinner: Loads of chicken with Worcestershire Sauce, chilli powder, paprika, salt and pepper (hot and spicey stuff!) with veg.

    Tonights Snack: Curly Wurley

    Wednesday 6th May 2009 (Green Day)

    Breakfast: 2 Wheatabix (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA) topped with a chopped banana.

    Snack: Strawberrys and a banana.

    Lunch: Can of Heinz Macaroni Cheese.

    Dinner: Loads of pasta mixed with fried mushrooms, onions, cherry tomato's and all mixed together with Creme Freche. (Nothing used to fry veg)

    Wednesday 6th May 2009 (Red Day)

    Breakfast:
    2 Wheatabix (HexB) and skimmed milk (HexA) topped with a chopped banana.

    Snack: 1/2 a Punnet of strawberrys and 1/2 a pack of grapes.

    Lunch: Packed of Tesco roast chicken with a banana and a raseberry and craberry muller light.

    Dinner: 2 corn on the cobs and a slab of steak.

    Tonights Snack: (quite) a few spoonfulls of healthy tesco cottage cheese, 6 pickled onions and 2 jaffa cakes.

    Total Syns: 3

    Ive been in a proper munchy/picky mood today!

    Had an awful weekend food wise due to working at my 2nd job outside all day miles away from home! I know for a fact I pretty much had double the syns each day! So today I was back on the diet today but havnt been feeling very well, hence lack of food today :(

    Monday 11th May 2009 (Red Day)

    Breakfast:
    2 slices of Nimble bred (HexB) with some reduced sugar strawberry jam.

    Snack: 1/2 a pack of grapes.

    Lunch: Strewberry muller light yogart.

    Dinner: Vegetables mixed with Creme Freche, some gammon and some pickled onions.

    Tonight's Snack: Quavers

    Tuesday 12th May 2009 (Green Day)

    Breakfast: 27g Porridge Oats (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA) and 1 tbs of jam.

    Snack: Bananna and chicken Mug Shot.

    Lunch: Batchalors Savory Chicken Rice, an apple, few strawberrys and a muller light yogart.

    Dinner: Plain boiled Rice and Quorn marinaded in paprika, pepper, salt and Worcestershire Sauce drizzled with some tomato sauce.

    2 Wheatabix(HexB) with a chopped banana and skimmed milk (HexA)

    Snack: Apple.

    Lunch: Ham sandwich (2 slices of nimble - no butter) and a Strewberry muller light yogart.

    Dinner: Steamed vegetables with frying steak cooked with Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper.

    Tonight's Snack: 3 jaffa cakes

    Breakfast:
    Fruit n Fibre (HexB) and skimmed milk (HexA).

    Snack: Apple, banana, handful of grapes and a few chunks of pinapple.

    Lunch: Two slices of nimble bred (HexB) filled with ham and another banana.

    Dinner: Mixed grill (doh!) which included steak, skinless chicken, gammon (fat trimmed) 4 onion rings and chips with some brown sauce.

    Tonights Snack: Slice of orange and carrot cake - Tesco light choices.

    Total Syns: About 18

    Lunch:Tin of Ravioli.

    Dinner: Pasta mixed with fried onions, mushrooms, tomatos and creme freche.

    Tonight's Snack: 2 Jaffa Cakes.

    2 Wheatabix (HexB) and skimmed milk (HexA) with a chopped banana.


    Lunch: Two slices of nimble bred (HexB) with 4 rashers of bacon without the fat. Strawberry Muller light.

    Dinner: Roast chicken.

    Tonights Snack: Handfull of M&M's Crunchy with im gathering are about 7 syns.

    Got your message on previous thread about looking at your diary. The only thing I'd say if you dont seem to be having all your Healthy Extras in a day? Having those will help your weight loss.

    Hiya Lady, thank you for taking a look! Now i have realised that Alpen Light bars are 1 HEXB i am now having 1 hexa and 2 hexb's. I average about 6-9 syns a day but afetr some previous advice I am TRYING to eat more lol x
