Hey all,
Thought I would set up my own food diary so both you and I can see what and how much i'm eating (i'm hoping it will motivate me more!). So here we go...
Monday 4th May 2009 (Green Day)
Breakfast: 27g Porridge Oats (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA)
Snack: Punnet of strawberrys and a very small amount of Haribo.
Lunch: Pack of Batchalors Savory Chicken Rice
Dinner: Large jacket potato with half a tin of baked beans mixed with Worcestershire sauce and fried onions (nothing used to help fry the onions)
Total Syns: 5
