Breakfast:
WW Recipe Yogurt, fresh pineapple chunks, strawberries and 2 Alpen Light Bars (B)

Lunch: Chicken breast with 1 tbspn of sweet chilli sauce (2) and some fresh pineapple chunks.

Dinner: 4 Sainsburys BGTY cumberland sausages (2) with mixed vegetables and 1 tbspn of EL mayo (0.5)

Snacks:
2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and a packet of velvet crunch crisps (4)

Total Syns: 8.5

Lunch: Steak, jacket potato, peas and 2 halved grilled tomatos.

Dinner: Spag Bowl - EL steak mine, pasta, passata, onions and mushrooms.

Snacks:
Birthday cake (12)

Breakfast:Mixed fruit salad (apple, strawberries and pineapple) and 2 scrambled eggs.

Lunch: Fish sushi (1.5) and some grapes and melon.

Dinner: Shephards Pie - Mashed potatoes, EL mince, baked beans and gravy (2). Muller Light.

Snacks:
Ryvita mini's (B)

Ryvita mini's (B) and 1 chocolate finger (1.5)

Breakfast: Oat So Simple (B) with semi-skimmed milk (A) and strawberry jam (2)

Lunch: Apple, melon, grapes, 2 bananas, 3 hard boiled eggs and a muller light.

Dinner: Pasta mixed with onions, mushrooms, cherry tomaos and WW creme freache (2)

Snacks:
Ryvita mini's (B) and a mini milky bar (3.5)

Monday 31st May 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: Oat So Simple (B) with skimmed milk (A) and sweetener.

Lunch: 2 Apples, 4 Quorn sausages and tomato sauce (1)

Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed with 28g of garlic and herb Philidephia light (2), boiled mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli) and roasted mushrooms and cherry tomatos.

Snacks: Ryvita mini's (B), Velvet Crunch (4) and a Kitkat (5.5)

Lunch: 1 apple, 1 necterine and Batchelors Cheese and Broccoli Pasta (0.5) mixed with water, skimmed milk (A) and sweetcorn.

Dinner: Boiled rice and 1/2 can of Asda Smartprice Chilli Con Carne(0.5) with extra cherry tomatos, onion and mushrooms.

Snacks: Hifi bar (B) and a Kitkat (5.5)

Wednesday 2nd June 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: Oat So Simple (B) with skimmed milk (A) and sweetener.

Lunch: Whole SW bacon and mushroom quiche.

Dinner: Turkey breast and boiled vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower) with 1 tbspn of EL mayo (0.5)

Snacks: 2 sliced of Nimble (B) with garlic and onion philidelphia light (2), mini milky bar (3.5) and 28g of popped Butterkist Sweet Microwave popcorn (5.5)

Breakfast: 4 Original Ryvita's (B) with Tesco Light Choices Natural Cottege Cheese.

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles and a packet of tesco shushi (1.5)

Dinner: 1 Quorn peppered steak and batchelors savory rice with mixed vegetables.

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B), kitkat (5.5) and a packet of velvet crunch (4)

Didnt feel very well today, star week struck and is making me feel as sick as a dog :(

Breakfast: WW yoghurt and a banana

Lunch: Tesco sushi (1.5), cherry tomatos, hard boiled egg and light choices natural cottage cheese.

Dinner: Steak cut into chunks mixed with pasta and passata.

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and fairground (oh yes!) candyfloss (5)

Lunch: Cheese and Broccoli Pasta in Sauce (0.5), an apple and a packet of ryvita minis (B)

Dinner: Boiled rice and 1/2 a tin of Stagg Chili Silverado (2.5)

Snacks: 2 slices of Nimble (B) with 1 tbspn of jam (2). Quark mixed with an 11g sachet of wicked white chocolate options (2.5)

Snacks: Hifi bar (B), pickled onions and a Kitkat (5.5).

Dinner: Boiled rice and quorn chicken peices mixed with 1/2 a sachet of Blue Dragon oyster and spring onion sauce (3.5)

Snacks: Hifi bar (B) and quark mixed with wicked white options (2.5)

Dinner: Sausage Bake - 4 halved quorn sausages topped with baked beans, mixed veg, then Smash made with water and 1 tbspn of reduced salt bisto gavy granuals (1)

Snacks: Hifi bar (B) and a kitkat (5.5)
