ProPoints Sarah's i will be thin diary

I didn't want any weeklies until Saturday though as that's when I'm properly starting ww. Il draw a line as usual, tbh I don't feel too frumpy and bad so ill do a bit of exercising :) x
 
Morning all :) done my ritual sit uos and press ups this morning and hopeing to earn as many pp as yesterday with my pedometer :) I should get more today as im going to be walking more! My diary so far consists of:
Breakfast: 30g ricekrispies and 100ml skimmed milk 4pp

Lunch: 2xham rolls 7pp
Ww crisps 2pp
Yog 2pp

Tea: unsure again :/

Snacks: special k moments 3pp
Leaves me with 15 for tea :) lets hope I have a 100% day today as I weigh in tomorrow!

Morning Sarah! That's very committed of you, it's enough effort for me to get out of bed and onto the right train in the morning! Food's looking good though, it must be encouraging to know you were on the right track even when you weren't pointing.

I just feel tons better if I do sit ups weirdly lol
Yeah I think not pointing and just eating better has made it a little easier, only think when I'm pointing like I said before is I constantly think about food, what I'm having for lunch, tea, snacks all day! I get very obsessive but ill give it a go and hopefully it will be good for me :) x

I'm really good thanks! You've just reminded me that I need to get searching for a pedometer for my holidays so I can track how far I have walked. I bought a ww one but I couldn't get on with it x

I normally use the app on my phone but I can't use that abroad as it will cost a fortune! I was looking at one on amazon which has got really good reviews but the only trouble is measures the distance in kilometres and I want it to do it in miles! I know I can convert it myself but its not the same!!!!

I'm going to Lanzarote for two weeks on the 21st march. I'm going on my own (have friends out there so won't be lonely) and I can't wait!!!! x

Ive booked a week off in September just to have time off but I'm hoping I will save enough pennies for a holiday as I love going abroad and hopefully ill have a transformed body too :D xx

I will have friend and inlaws to be with on an evening and then I will please myself during the day. I work away a lot so staying on my own and travelling etc doesnt bother me. I'm too independent for my own good sometimes! x

a few low fat crisps 1pp

This leaves me with 2pp which i will prob have a yog or a couple of hot chocolates :) x
