2 & 1/2 lb off today so happy as its totm as well being doing this 10 weeks and only ever losses 0.75lb on a totm! I think my eating most my weeklies on the first day actually worked! This week may eat half weeklies at weekend ten little nxt wk!

My onion had a bad bit so I couldn't have an onion ring, it was more like strips, and the breadcrumbs didn't stick very well so I had to squish them on, but they were really nice!

My first few the breadcrumbs stuck well but then they became harder to stick on which was weird and it got messier! lol I'll definitely try them again. It's a nice change to have on a sf day x

Yeah mine got messy! I grated the bread and it was fairly big bits! The herbs definitely made them tastier!
