According to my purple book I think I earnt 32 activity points last wk which is alright
 
They aren't easy to earn 40 mins of low intensity exercise (walking) is only 1ap that's crap!

No I won't feel guilty! If I can have this day off and get back on track I will prob have my bday off as well but it's not till 30th June!

My app says that if I walk slowly ( 20minutes to walk 1 mile which is very slow) that I'd get 2ap
Or 45 mins =3ap

So do you think it's done on weight aswell? As you weigh less than me!
