Yep it was amazing! Especially the bhajis!

Weighed in at 10.6 this morning - slightly disappointed in all honesty because that should have been last week's result and I should have had another lb or two off this week. But we are where we are!

EE day today
B - banana pancakes with strawbs. Small cappuccino on the train (hexa)
L - will be out but gonna take my salted caramel hifi as hexb to nibble on. Probably one wine (5 syns)
D - slow cooker beef casserole

Wish it would stop raining! Meeting clients with an Afro is not a good look! Lol.

It's been sunny almost all day! Had 3 little wines and a small cider plus 2 tiny duck wraps, one halloumi wrap (hexa as no coffee this morning)c a smoked salmon on a square of rye bread (hexb) and some salted popcorn. Ended up having some more popcorn last night so just been out for a jog and I did 5k for the first time in my entire life! I didn't stop once and there was a headwind for most of my way home. Feel pretty rubbish now but having some water and a good stretch. I've just proved something massive to myself!xxx

I think running is the hardest of all fitness so serious props! I actually went for a run for the first time in a few weeks, yesterday but I didn't measure distance (it wasn't 5k anyway!). Might try it again today! You've inspired me!

You're such a fitty I'm sure you can get a few KMs in today :) xxx

Wow wow wow Sarah! I can't believe you're able to do that without any build up. I could only manage 5k yesterday and it nearly killed me. Eughhh! You're gonna be running marathons in a month at this rate!!!xxx

Lil - you are so gorgeous! That's really made me smile. You looked stunning after your 10k the other day, I'm sure you could walk 5k quicker than I ran it this morning :)

I'm not sure I will ever have the drive to do long runs but being able to go for a run round the block will be a really nice thing to do. It was great knowing that when Dave came back from his 50 mile bike ride, I had burnt some calories too!xxx

So food for today is gonna be red, to give me flex in extra hex's!

B - muller light after my run
Snack - 4 syns pistashios
L/d - afternoon tea so hexa 1 for milk in tea, hexb for wholemeal bread. Syns will be for a scone with a little jam and cream, some mayo in the egg mayo sandwich and for any little cakes on top. I know I'll be over but I've been planning for it so just going to enjoy!

That's the beauty of it I think, you can just pop your trainers on and head out for as little as half an hour and you come back feeling amazing! Enjoy the afternoon tea - you've definitely earned it now :) xx

You're so right hun. Definitely need to get myself some new trainers if I'm going to keep it up.
