and iv lost another 3lb! thats a total of 24 lbs lost in 4 wks and im so pleased, i can really feel the difference in my clothes and my partner can also tell the difference!!

i do have a question tho, i see most ppl on here have a signature to up date week by week, however my signature says i can only have 150 characters, therefore i cant update it with the whole 14wk programme, where am i going wrong please lol any one know?
