    Wellll last nite after being soo good all day i went out for a meal :cry::cry: Ohhh the shammee the scales did not like it this morning ! :mad: soo today i was unsure what to do red/green !

    So i had a superfree breakfast ( almost )

    Breakfast
    Homemade veg soup
    2x wholemeal allison rolls - 57g (B)
    Fanta zero


    Then i deicded im on a red day !

    Lunch
    4x Bacon
    Some chicken
    An apple
    Yoghurt

    Dinner
    Chicken
    2 x tbls sweet chilli - 2syns
    Yoghurt
    Orange

    Shall talk tommorw and see how it goes !

    CRAP

    Sorta fell of the wagon for a few days not too drastically thou! only thing thats been outside my syns on the past few days had been a breadroll ( which i had assumed could be a HEb but atlast it was not! ) and a takeaway which my bf ate half of :(

    So im tryin to get back on my journey and lose a good 3lbs this week !

    Today i had

    Mid day Breakfast
    Hifibar HEb
    Breadroll ( 22g +15g chicken) HEb
    French fries ( 22g ) 4.5 syns
    Fanta zero

    Lunch
    Pasta
    Sauce - 3 syns
    S.w chips

    Dinner
    Pasta
    Sauce - 3 syns

    Syn total = 10.5

    Euh! not a good day id say! Tommorw im gonna be soooo good with my syns a free day i think, everything will be free food! can i do it ? yes .. will i do it .. probably not! but i wanna get motivated again im being lazy now!
