Satine's Slimming World

Didn't have any Dinner today as I went to work at that time and having had breakfast late wasn't ready for it before I went, had a yogurt on my break at work though.

Tues 24th May 2011

Breakfast -
2 Weetabix with chopped Banana

Dinner -
Muller Light yogurt

Tea -
2 Southern Style Quorn burgers, New potatoes, mushy peas & gravy
Shape Zero Yogurt

Drinks -
2 cups of tea with sweetener
2 cups of tea with sugar (from work)

HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
HexB = 2 Weetabix
Syns = Sugar (2) Southern Style Quorn Burgers (5) 4 tsp Gravy (1)
 
Was gutted last night when I realised the Wholemeal bread I was having as my HexB each day was the wrong size, so had to go back through all my diary and alter it to be correct, luckily though it hadn't affected my syns, phew! At least I know now, tis a learning curve after all.

Wild Red Salmon(tinned), New potatoes & Salad (cucumber, celery, pickled onions, tomato) 1tsp Salad Cream

Jacket Potato with Cottage Cheese, Beans & Salad (cucumber, pickled onions)
Weight Watchers Fat Free yogurt

Drinks -
2 cups of tea with sweetener
1 cup of coffee with sweetener
1 pint no added sugar juice

HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
HexB = 1 Wholemeal Bread (800g)
Syns = 1 Wholemeal bread (4) 1 tsp salad cream (1)

2 cups of tea with sweetener

Ok so as planned I went out last night and had a mixture of quite a few drinks and a few sneaky slices of pizza when I got home. You have to have fun sometimes! Also had quite a hearty breakfast this morning to soak it up but will be back on track tomorrow.

As stated above had a hearty brekkie yesterday so wasn't 100% on plan also washed it down with Lucozade, wow that's highly synned, at least I know now. Being hungover is tough on this lol...
