    So glad to be seeing other people's diaries aswell as I think I have been a little harsher on myself than I needed to be haha, oh well some possible menu changes from tomorrow...

    Breakfast -
    Didn't have any (was busy and forgot :eek: )

    Dinner -
    Ham Sandwich

    Tea -
    Ham & Cheese Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, picked onions & beetroot)
    Muller Toffee Yoghurt,
    Apple, Orange

    Drinks -
    2 cups of tea with sweetener
    2 pints of low cal vimto

    HexA = Cheese (28g)
    HexB = 1 Wholemeal Bread
    Syns = Muller Yoghurt (0.5)
    1 Wholemeal bread (4) Milk (1)

    Wed 4th May 2011

    Breakfast -
    Rice Crispies + Milk
    Banana and Apple

    Dinner -
    Chicken Salad (lettuce, sweetcorn, carrot, cucumber, red onion, tomato, mixed peppers, egg, beetroot) + Coleslaw

    Tea -
    Ham & Cheese Salad (lettuce, cucumber, pickled onions, beetroot, tomato)

    Drinks -
    1 cup of tea with sweetener
    2 pints of low cal vimto

    HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
    HexB = None
    Syns = Rice Crispies (5.5)
    Coleslaw (7.5) Cheese (4)

    Thurs 5th May 2011

    Breakfast -
    Muller Toffee Yoghurt
    Banana

    Dinner -
    Chicken Salad (lettuce, sweetcorn, beetroot, cucumber, onion, tomato, peppers, egg) small blob of coleslaw

    Tea -
    Jacket Potato with Beans & Cheese
    Low Fat Mandarin Yoghurt, Grapes

    Drinks -
    2 cups of tea with sweetener
    2 pints of low cal orange
    1 can of Diet Coke

    HexA = Cheese (28g)
    HexB = None
    Syns = Coleslaw (3) Low Fat Yoghurt (3) Milk (1)

    Sunday 8th May

    Breakfast -
    3 Quorn sausages, Scrambled eggs, Beans, Grilled Tomato & 2 toast

    Dinner -
    Chicken, Tomato & Lettuce

    Tea -
    Chicken Tikka (Tesco Healthy Choice Sauce) & new potatoes

    Drinks -
    4 cups of tea with sweetener
    1 pint of low cal apple and blackcurrant

    HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
    HexB = 1 Wholemeal Toast (800g)
    Syns= Chicken Tikka Sauce (6/7?) 1 Wholemeal Toast (4)

    Ok here is the last couple of days, I ate out yesterday dinner at a Harvester but went for the pasta option in the hope it wouldn't count as too many syns.
    Also I should have said I am doing the Extra Easy one :)

    Mon 9th May 2011

    Breakfast -
    1 slice of wholemeal toast with a small spreading of low fat cottage cheese.
    Banana

    Dinner -
    Ham & low fat cottage cheese Salad (lettuce, carrot, tomato, pickled onion, beetroot, cucumber, celery)

    Tea -
    Quorn Bolognese
    Low Fat mandarin yoghurt

    Drinks -
    2 cups of tea with sweetener
    1 pint of low cal apple and blackcurrant

    HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
    HexB = 1 wholemeal toast
    Syns =Low fat cottage cheese (0.5) Low fat yoghurt (3)

    Tues 10th May 2011

    Breakfast -
    None (no excuse)

    Dinner -
    Harvester Meat Ball Pasta & Garlic Bread (small piece on ciabatta)
    Salad (tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, sweetcorn, mixed peppers)

    Tea -
    Jacket Potato with low fat cottage cheese & Salad (lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, pickled onion, carrot, tomato)

    Drinks -
    1 pint of diet coke
    3 cups of tea with sweetener
    1 pint of low cal apple and blackcurrant

    HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
    HexB = None
    Syns =Low fat cottage cheese (0.5) Meat ball pasta (7.5?) slice of garlic ciabatta (4?)

    Quorn Fillets, Mash (no butter or milk added) & mushy peas with gravy

    HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
    HexB = 1 Wholemeal bread (800g)
    Syns = 4 tbsp gravy (1) 1 Wholemeal Bread (4)

    Hey, thanks, was hoping i was doing it right lol, yeah I am loving it, am almost 2 weeks in now and I haven't felt the need to reach for a biscuit or crisps as yet, I know that I could do and use some syns but trying to be good at first and get used to not having them.

    Congrats on your loss so far hun, how long have you been doing it?

    Coleman's Chilli Con Carne & Rice

    Drinks -
    1 cup of coffee with a sugar (from machine at work)
    2 cups of tea with sweetener
    1 pint of no added sugar juice

    HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
    HexB = None
    Syns = 1 sugar (1) Chilli (3.5 for sauce 5/6 for normal mince?) 1tsp Low Fat Salad Cream (1)

    Woo weigh in day, lost another 4lb, so altogether 1/2 stone now in my first 2 weeks. Must be doing something right eh? haha :D Here is yesterday's Diary.

    Here is yesterdays diary, had a late breakfast so called it Brunch instead, was yummy :D Weigh in day tomorrow, hopefully I have made it under 14 stones, that would be amazing, fingers crossed...

    2 cups of tea with sweetener

    HexB = 1 Wholemeal Bread (800g)

    Just weighed in on my Wii and not lost any llbs this week, have dropped some off my bmi though so at least it is still working.
    Not sure why I haven't lost, hope I am doing things right. Seen a few people say that making sure they get all their syns in helps to lose more, perhaps I should try that?? All help appreiciated :)
    Am going out on Fri night so want to save some for that this week...

    This all sounds really good, i've done SW before and reached my goal but now i'm thinking i'm gonna have to start again, after easter and lots of birthdays in april and may, i've started to but some back on again so am looking for SW food ideas, yours sounds good and really simple, thanks for the meal ideas, Liz x
