Not going to classes, just doing this myself this time so very surprised with my 5lb loss last week and 3lb this week . Hoping for another 3 next week, we'll see!!!!

GAINED 3 lbs (my own fault as did have days off plan and stupidly one was night before weigh in!!)

I am moving over from the Sunday Weigh in thread as will be away alot of weekends and wont be able to weigh in on a sunday.

Anyway 3lb loss for me this week. Which makes up for STS last week.
