Sauces on Atkins

Hi...another question people I HATE eating food dry!! I am a huge fan of gravy, tomato ketchup (lashings of the stuff) soy sauce...all sauces!!!

So far all I have made is the cheese sauce from cream and cheese which is fine but does not go with everything and I find I have to add a lot of cheese to make it taste decent. My question is...What sauces can you recommend for someone on induction?

Are we allowed soy sauce? and what would go with roast dinner type meals...eg meat and veg..?

soy sauce is OK as you only need a drop or two, Worcester the same. There is an LC ketchup I've seen.

have a look at the other sauces too. I dont recommend the honey bbq one though its awful

I'm going to have a go at making some pepercorn sauce in a min. Fingers crossed, i pull it off. :-s

Also made an oopsie, thought i was going to balls it up. But came out perfect and yummy!
