Hi...another question people I HATE eating food dry!! I am a huge fan of gravy, tomato ketchup (lashings of the stuff) soy sauce...all sauces!!!
So far all I have made is the cheese sauce from cream and cheese which is fine but does not go with everything and I find I have to add a lot of cheese to make it taste decent. My question is...What sauces can you recommend for someone on induction?
Are we allowed soy sauce? and what would go with roast dinner type meals...eg meat and veg..?
