I tend to eat one if I fancy breakie at work, or if I need to have something verging on biscuity or chocolatey with a cuppa.

Anyone tried the choc shakes? Quite fancied it but cant imagine it tastes like chocolate milkshake! lol!

I've had the ready to drink shakes, which are ok and don't contain polyols like the bars. Dietimeal shakes are my personal faves though.
