It's amazing! There is loads of cream for 30g as well! The mini meringues are from Tesco. Yum!

hey sawyer.... i know im a newbie on the WW train but "hello"!!

maybe try and reduce the simple sugars and see how that moves the weight loss...

fruits better (i know, its no replacement for choc!) but try and cut the meringues down and choc down xxx
 
You're very right! I do have a lot of treats!! I am thinking I might change my weigh in day cause it's Monday just now! Might start to weigh in on Saturday morning! Not that that will change the weight loss!
 
just be careful yo dont start to go mental at weekends and spend all week fixing it... its never good! i know ive done it haha

im off to Greenock on Monday for a couple of days.. spend lotsa time up there for work., im a fan of Scots! :p
