Stayed the bloody same!! AGAIN! Time to cut out the chocolate! Going away for the weekend on Friday, so I am so not going to lose any weight again this week!!! I was down 2lb half way thru the week! Going to not eat any weeklies until Friday and use it on wine and extra food that my parents will feed me! Eep!

Just found out that I should be eating 36pp a day instead of the 29pp I was eating. So going to give that a bash this week. Terrified I'll pile the weight back on but it's only a week... here goes!!

WEEK 7 DAY 1: MONDAY 5/9/11

So things aren't going to plan this week! I am just not hungry enough for all this food!! Havnt been having my afternoon snack, mainly cause I am too busy. Think I need to find something easier to eat in the 10 mins break I might get at work. If any at all. Any suggestions any one?

Still sticking to my points but replacing my afternoon snack with a LARGE glass of wine!! Oops...

I binged. I feel terrible. I didn't even taste the food. It just went down.

Sticking 100% to my dailies now until the weekend... see above for today's damage.
 
I am a binge eater also. Did the same this evening just ate everything around me :( I think best thing to do Is what you said start afresh tomorrow. I'm sure it won't impact the scales much at all and you can def pull it back before wi x
 
I know, but I have a big night out on Friday that I was trying to save for!! Eek! The girls have mentioned pizza and wine! FFS!
 
I have my birthday Thursday. Night jn dublin Friday and off to England for a few days seeing my OHs family on Sunday so it's going to be awful for weightloss :(

Stick low point during day and enjoy the nightout. Eggs are great for low PP and filling meals as is zero PP soup!
