WI in today and STS. Can't complain as Friday was hen night. Weekend was equally calorific!

So this was better outcome. I'm drinking plenty water today hoping to keep the bloat down.

I'm probably been stupid as it fit me on the 15th and weighing the same.

Another busy day planned. Car been valeted and shopping to do. I'll be pleased when I'm at gretna so I can have a rest

I'm still a bit nervous. I hate getting my photo taken and it's my most photographed day. Hopefully I will be too happy to notice. I've lost a stone in total but wish I had lost more but don't we all.
