Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

I had popz microwavable butter popcorn. Was nice but ate too much.

I'm a bit less stressed. Felt ill yesterday as props an after effect of everything.

Man from SSE coming on Thursday for a quote. We'll get there. Just not looking forward to the upheaval before Christmas but would be worse without heat. Some people at work say gonna be a mild winter and others say snow. Who knows? Haha
 
Thanks hun. We've now got a local company visit on Wednesday as well. I think 3 quotes should be enough to make a decision.

I'm good thanks. Feeling much less stressed but I guess I been up and down. Hoping the boiler install goes easy without problems

Awful nights sleep. Made slimming world hunters chicken and chips but added garlic sauce. Usually ok with garlic but unfortunately this time gave me terrible heartburn. Drank gaviscon all night.

I wouldn't care but the dish was delicious but will have to quit garlic for a while and only in small doses.

The garlic sauce was asda own make. Everything else was homemade. I also had tomatoes for a superfree and read online this is a food that can also cause heartburn. Oh well.
 
Met up with my auntie for dinner and had a pork lunch. Stomach must be feeling better. Still knackered as not much sleep.

She lost more weight and now at gym 3 times a week!
I'm a tad jealous but obviously proud. I wouldn't want to go gym 3 times a week as would never see OH. She's early retirement so I guess she has the time.I'll stick with exercise bike at home. Although need to go on it more.

Need to pull my finger out and lose some pounds. Not feeling confident for Wi as feeling bloated as side effects of gaviscon. And the larger than usual lunch.
 
I'm doing some housework tonight that will be my exercise. ☺

Can you go to the gym with your OH? It really helps james and I that we run gym and cook together xxxx
 
No he has problems with his legs so quite limited on what he can do. I'm not keen on gyms anyway too self conscious. Happy to exercise at home and walking around.
 
Fair enough :) maybe get some free weights? I rely so much on my strength training for my fitness xxxx
 
I must admit I need to add some weights. I bought some dumbells years ago but no idea where they are.☺

Day off work today so after a boiler quote going to cinema and Christmas shopping.
