Saying goodbye to the 3 B's- Boobs, Bulges and Bingo wings. My food diary!

So I am back on the SW plan and I am ready to get in shape for my jolly hols in May/June!

So far to I have stuck to it (ha-it is only 12.34)!!

Breakfast- 2 hash browns (4.5syns), cherry tom's grilled, 1 slice HEX B warbies wholemeal toast, 1 fried egg in fry light.

I am currently thinking whether or not to use my syns on H/M yorkshires for my dinner....I am the worse at making these so will more than likely end up in the bin ha!
 
Well just had some pasta and sauce- Chicken and mushroom flavour. Used 100ml of my HEX A milk, wow I forgot how delish they are! Yum! Followed my grapes, a plum and some melon with chopped up mint.

I have decided I will make some yorkshires for dinner, i am doing OK for my syns today so will gorge on flour :) Hardcore I know!

Dinner, lamb chops, carrots, peas, mash made with some hexa milk, yorkshires- 2 eggs, 2gram flour (10syns) remaining HEXa milk.
2 plums, handful of grapes. Diet coke x 3 xx
