Having abit of a weird weekend :mad:

Saturday - Extra Easy

Breakfast: Woke up late

Lunch (lets call this ... brunch!): Toffee Mullerlight, 28g Grape Nuts (HexB)

Dinner: Jacket Potato, left over bolognese from yesterday (Passata, courgette, onion, lots of mushrooms, EL minced beef, bacon) 21g Reduced Fat Cheese (1/2 HexA)

Snacks: small skinny hot chocolate (5) apple & grape snack pack (0)

Total Syns: 5/90
Remaining: 85


I'm in the middle of making a chocolate fudge cake, it's the boyfriend's birthday tomorrow. Oh, help! I've just worked it out using the syns calculator, with no free foods it's 15½ Syns a slice! (damn thing makes 12 slices)

Ive been having a look at your diary and I like how you put your super free in a different colour very clever and easy to see.

Hey Peggy, thanks for the comments! I put things in different colours as it just makes it easier for me to see if I've been adding the right amounts to my meals to make it that 1/3 superfree (at least 1/3!)

Sunday 6th March - Extra Easy

Breakfast: Grapes, melon & strawberry

Midmorning:Skinny hot chocolate (6.5)

Lunch: Canned Lean Steak Chunks from M&S, cabbage, broccoli
1 x Alpen Light bar (1/2 heXb)

Mid evening:
Options hot choc (2) Grapes, Strawberry

Dinner: handful of pasta, left over bolognese from Friday evening (Passata, courgette, EL Minced Beef, bacon, onion, mushrooms, garlic & mixed herbs, beef stock cube)

HexA = 350ml skimmed milk during the day
HexB = 2 x Alpen Light bars


Syns total: 8.5

I need to avoid that damn chocolate cake, I might force feed it to the boyfriend just so it's gone!

Update: Chocolate cake avoided! Huzzah!

Monday 7th March - Extra Easy

Got up 7am and went to the gym before work!
Breakfast: Banana, Toffee Mullerlight

Lunch: Pasta, Tuna, Extra Light Mayonnaise (1) Sweetcorn, lettuce, cucumber, tomato (approx half of plate), FF Viniagrette, Tayto Velvet Crunch (4)

Dinner: Left over pasta that was cooked last night, 20g Kerry LowLow Cheddar spread (2)

Snacks: clementines, grapes, strawberries, options hot chocolate (2)

Syns total: 9

I totally made it to the gym this morning, went for a swim too and had time for the jacuzzi before work! Although I'm tired now!

Tuesday 8th March - Green!

Breakfast: Mullerlight Yoghurt, Cup of Tea

Lunch: Erin Savoury Rice (1) Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato, FF Viniagrette, 3x Pagen Krisproll (HexB), 35g Philidelphia (2.5)

Snack: Tayto Velvet Crunch (4) Strawberries, Grapes

Dinner: SW Chips, Baked Beans, 42g Reduced Fat Cheddar (HexA)

HexA = 42g RF Cheddar, 250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
HexB = 3 x Pagen Krisproll, still to have other HexB

Wednesday 9th March - Green Day

Breakfast: Muller light

Snack: 1 x Alpen Light bar (1/2 HexB) 1 M&S Cinnamon & Apple cereal Bar (4)

Lunch: Erin Savoury Rice (1) Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato (half the plate) FF viniagrette, 3 x Pagen Krisproll (HexB) 20g Kerry Lowlow Spreadable Cheddar (2)

Snack: Grapes, 1 x Alpen light bar (1/2 HexB) Tayto velvet crunch (4) Options Hot Chocolate (2)

Dinner: Jacket Potato, Baked Beans, 42g Reduced Fat cheddar (HexA)

Thursday 10th March, I had a good day but just been feeling like rubbish this weekend. Friday, I totally overslept and woke up *after* weigh in ... oops! So I weighed myself on the Wii and there was no change, so this weekend I thought 'b*gger it' had a clean up, planned a food menu for the week (I don't normally do this!) had a slice of carrot cake from M&S.

Saturday - 12th March - RED :eek:

Breakfast:
2 egg Omelette, 21g Cathedral City Light (1/2 HexA) Sliced ham, mushrooms, dash of milk from my HexA.
1 1/2 tablespoon of brownsauce (1.5)

Snack:
grabbed a snack pack of apple from Boots

Lunch:
2 slices wholemeal (HexB) sliced barbeque chicken from tesco, lettuce, cucumber.
1 tablespoon of ELF Mayonnaise (0.5)
French Fries (4.5)


Dinner:
Bolognese (courgette, carrot, onion, EL minced beef, passata, beef stock cubes, mushrooms, bacon) on SW Wedges (HeB)

Syn total: 6.5


Taadaa, I can keep on plan, silly me!

P.s I may have gone to buy baccy today, only to suddenly think ... "I don't want to" and found myself in Boots paying breakneck prices for a packet of patches ... let's see how it goes!
 
Sunday 13th March - Red

Breakfast: Mullerlight & 1 x Alpen Light bar (3)

Snack: Apple, medium skinny hot chocolate from costa (6.5)

Lunch: Tikka Chicken Sandwich (2 x Wholemeal bread - HexB) lettuce, cucumber, ELF Mayonnaise (1)

Snack:

Dinner:
Bolognese Sauce (mushroom, onion, carrot, EL minced beef, passata courgette) 227g jacket potato (HexB), 42g Reduced Fat Cheddar (HexA)

Total Syns: 10.5

ZERO cigarettes! HURRAH!
 
Monday: 14th March - Extra Easy?

Lunch: Tuna (small 70g can), pasta, ELF Mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumber, tomato

Dinner: Diced Beef, M&S one pot casserole sauce 1/2 tub(2.5) leeks, carrot, onion, swede, potato, beef stock cube, garlic salt
