    Hi all,

I have just purchased some new digital scales ( I can only use digital as my mind sees things that arn't there with a dial lol)

... anyway the new ones have stones, pounds and ounces? I haven't had ounces before on my scales however does anyone find this useful? If so why? I did find that although this morning I hadn't lost any stones or pounds :sigh: .... the ounces were 0, so there has been some progress there. This cheered me up a little. Does anyone else find this or do you ignore the ounces? Why is such a small figure on the scales anyway?

Yep my scales have ounces as well. I quite like it as if you have only lost half a pound for example you can see this when you have ounces whereas on a scale without them it would seem you hadn't lost anything.;)
