    Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question, I have been doing SS now for a few weeks and this week the scales don't seem to be moving much. I still have a few stone to lose but find it disheartening when I jump on the scales each morning.

Any advice....I have been drinking lots of water.

I've now lost over 6 stone and I had weeks where I lost nothing and others where I lost up to 9lbs. Don't rely on the scales, which can drive you mad! If you are sticking to SS, you are definitely losing and I am living proof!

    Hi Mils

I posted almost the same thing yesterday, it is rubbish when you step on the scales and they're not moving, but then i had a word with myself and told myself it was impossible NOT to lose weight on SS, I have my 3rd weigh in tonight, if I haven't lost much I know its more than likely to come off next week x
