scales at meeting?

We have brand new Seca scales at work which are used for medical purposes and the SW scales weigh me 4 pounds more. :eek:

Scales DO differ as the above poster has pointed out. That's why you need to stick to the same pair week in week out which should be your scales at class. As long as you stick to this set you'll get a reliable indicator of your gains/losses as the weeks pass.

im not concerned cos i lost. lol just funny when people blame scales
