at meeting today loads peeps commenting about the scales and how they seem out, anyone else had this?
most people lost 1/2lb or gained 1/2 , one lady gained 3.5 and said she is strict!! she has never gained before.... can they be wrong??
A few people says the same about ours as tons gained but then they admitted to not being 100% so that prob why. I was 100% and had a great loss.
It's technology so it is possible
Its probably very unlikely. If it was showing an incorrect gain it would affect almost everyone. The scales at classes are really precise and I assume like the WW class ones, have to be regularly calibrated.
Sometimes its easier to blame the scales if people have had a bad week lol
Scales DO differ as the above poster has pointed out. That's why you need to stick to the same pair week in week out which should be your scales at class. As long as you stick to this set you'll get a reliable indicator of your gains/losses as the weeks pass.
