I know I'm probably completely stupid but I've not had much luck with losses so I want to double check this if someone can help me please.

I have in the oven the following cake
Syns for the whole cake: 10 Syns, or 4½ Syns + 1 Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice
You will need:
4 Scan Bran
1 level tbsp golden syrup
1 sachet of Options - hazelnut flavour
1 Weetabix
½ mug sweetener
2 eggs

If I sliced this up into say 4 or 5 pieces how many Syn a slice? I can't get my blonde head around it

So I got 10 slices do I just divide 10/5 so will be 2syns a slice?? Sorry I have a real problem when I comes to numbers

You will need:
4 Scan Bran (4 syns)

½ mug sweetener

I work it out as 11.5 syns - see above

so to work out syns for a portion you divide 11.5 by the number of slices.

for instance if you cut the cake into 6 slices, you would divide 11.5 by 6 which makes it approx 2 syns per slice as you will need to round it up to the nearest syn value

Thankyou I didn't review the syns lucky you pointed that out I just copied syns and recipie from this site! Must be more careful ok so 2 syns a slice is good thank you
