What are your fave Scan Bran Cakes?

Last week I made a choc one for 6.5 syns &HXB and today I have made a Parkin version for 5.5 syns & HXB

What are your faves & any other recipes spring to mind of other scan bran cakes about the same syns ( 7 syns MAX & HXB) ?
