Scared to switch from Red to Green or EE

I've done all 3 plans helping me get to target (yay!) trouble is i've been doing Red for at least 3 weeks supporting hubby with his 'low carb' diet and eating my Heb's of porridge/bread/alpen lights as normal.

This is the first time i've done any one plan for longer than a week and although over the 3 weeks i've not lost anything (totally messed around at weekends and gone oversyns) I feel a lot leaner and I honestly think I look leaner too! I'm now scared to go back to the other plans, I can't remember the last time I had beans/potatoes for that matter!!!

What should I do? Do EE and introduce carbs back slowly? I'm scared of a massive bloat session!!!!

Would love to hear if anyone's done this and what happened!?
 
I used to do mainly red and green but when i called target at 8.11 as was fed up of not losing, i thought to maintain i would follow EE with an added hexb.....lost another 4lb and got to my ultimate target of 8.7!!! No idea why!
 
I've always been a green / extra easy girl so can't help you on this one, sorry xx
