Scotch Eggs!

    I made the scotch eggs before for my taster night with Morrisons eat smart sausages so free then used cous cous so they were all free.
    What else does anyone use to the bread crumbs? As i fancy making them without cous cous!

    you could always blitz a slice of wholemeal bread and then divide the syns by how many you make

    I have used ryvita or scanbran in the past and both worked well.
