I have been calorie counting since January and a regular here though this is my first post as my weight loss has come to a standstill this month .
I have lost over just over 30 pounds since January doing around 1200 calories a day and 15 minute jogging 5 days a week.
I have upped my training in the last month as I am doing race for life soon and I am running around 20 miles weekly and I upped my calories by about 200 daily to around 1400. I am wondering if this is where the problem is. I don't really know what to do but I really want to get this last stone off.
