    Lost another 7lbs that's a stone in two weeks, woo hoo, really makes it worthwhile, managed to get into a pair of trousers I couldn't fit into a couple of weeks ago :D

    Im gonna do my 2nd weigh in on monday and then every monday, even though i started on a friday, i think a monday weigh in will keep me good over the weekend rather than tempt me to celebrate on a fri nite! lol

    :D I chose my weigh in day to be a wednesday, because it gives me an extra couple of days to get rid of the excesses on a friday night! :)
