Secret Diary Of A Fat Girl ;op

So, I CBA to update last night after work as I was too tired. It was quiet for about the first hour then it was rammed so it was full on for the rest of the night. One upside is that I worked with my boss and she commented on how well I`m doing with my weight loss so it must be showing!! :D Didn`t have time to jump on the scales to see where I`m at now :(

I was terrible for my "tea" last night. But like I said, I was just too tired tba so just grabbed whatever was handy. I couldn`t have the same tea as everyone else as they had sausage casserole and I can`t eat it as it`s not GF friendly.

So yesterdays damage -

Breakfast -

Skimmed Milk
Tesco Rice Krispies
1 Slice of Gluten Free Fruit Loaf
Scraping of "Butter Me Up"
1Mint Aero bubble dessert (oops :p )

Lunch -

Tin of Mackerel Fillets in Brine
"Garden Salad" (mixed leaves, pre packed etc)
Muller Light Vanilla Yog Sprinkled With Dark Chocolate
2 Stalks of Celery
Tesco Light Choices Cottage Cheese with Pineapple
1 Gluten Free Coconut Macaroon

Tea -

1 small Cox Apple
2 Aero Milk Choc bubble dessert
1 GF Coconut Maracoon
(bad bad bad :( )

Drinks -

Mug of Green Tea with Orange Lotus Blossom in morning
Mug of Squash with tea

Exercise -

Walked to/from nursery Twice (4 times in all = 30 mins of walking)
Rushing about at work
Didn`t do Ab toning belt as I went to bed not long after getting in from work and having tea.
:(

So a bad bad day yesterday food/drink AND exercise wise :(


hey lady not too bad food wise uptil tea! lol If ya add up the cals i dont reckon it would coe to more that 2000 which is still good ! Must be hard cos u cant just grab food when u want to!

Have u tried planning night b4 what u gunna have so when u get in from work u know what u gunna eat. I TRY to do this but never really do it 100% but when i do i stay right on track lol ali does it an sticks to it 100%!

When i first went onto xenical my doctor gave me like some healthy eating guidance (although not specifically for xenical)

Coconut was on it as a no no. When I get home I'll see if I can hunt out the info to see why (in case it's a fat thing)

My poorly Twiglet STILL has an ear infection after the old bag Dr wouldn`t give her any antibiotics (been 4 days now!) so I haven`t been getting much sleep or time and plus with working I haven`t really had the time to come on as much.

I had my second WI last night and STS :(
I have been exercising every day plus I got a new vibroplate so I was hoping I would have a decent loss this week. On the flipside I sort of expected a gain as I`m all fat and bloaty at the moment so I`m hoping the loss will show next week.

CBA to type up all my food diaries from last few days lol

I`ve been under for everything - cals/fat/protein etc every day tho so thats ok :D

What day do u weigh then tues? I need to get my butt in gear! Im gunna aim for a loss every week of 6 weeks! lol

I`m REALLY hoping it shows next week as it didn`t this week :sigh: Saying that, I have been weighing in on a Monday nigh at work and the clinic is shut this coming Monday cos of Easter so dunno what I`ll do :confused:

I LOVE IT!! Though I dunno if it`s doing anything as I think they make you lose inches rather than weight? I don`t ever measure myself.

Gah, I have been so naughty tonight, Eating 4 of the GF cakes I made :eek: But they are sooo lush! Not like the rank GF you buy lol Plus I`ve treated myself to 1 Easter Egg for the coming weekend :rolleyes:

Think I`ll be doing a LOT of exercise to make up for this week LOL

Sorry, Only just seen this. Maybe Coconut has high oil content?

These are Gluten Free ones and they`re 7g of fat but I still eat them lol x

Baked Beans (can`t use sauces as they contain Gluten)
Vanilla with Choc Sprinkles Muller Light Yogourt (just realised the choc in this is prob why my fingers are swollen :( )

1 22g pack of Sour Cream & Chive Snack a Jacks

Had a pretty poor month with virtually no weight loss even tho I`m sticking to the healthy eating/exercising :(

Anyway, Todays food went something like this (ate loads today!)

Gluten Freen Brown Bread (2 Slices)
Scraping of Tesco Butter Me Up
Muller Light "Smooth Toffee Yogourt"

Gluten Free Brown Bread (1 Slice)
Fresh Prawns
Garden Salad
Beansprouts
Gluten Free Chocolate Fruit & Nut Crispy Bar

Tea -

Home made Fish Pie (Cod, Little bit of FF Milk and potatoes)
Garden Salad
Beansprouts
Half a fresh Mango
Muller Light Strawberry Yogourt

Snacks -

4 Caramel Snack a Jacks
3 Plums
A handful of Dorito Crisps :p

Drinks -

5 glasses of water
2 mugs of tea

* Extra Cals - 457 from exercise which was a 30 min bike ride and walking to/from nursery once (forgot to add the afternoon school run lol)

I was a bit naughty yesterday and went over my cals but as most others on Xenical don`t calorie count I`ll give myself a break :p

(went for a meal with my friend)

"Snack Pack" of White Seedless Grapes
Strawberry Muller Light Yogourt

I CBA to do any exercise as I was out all day then at work all evening
