GRRRR :mad: I`m really pissed off :(

We have bugger all in cos we need to go shopping so hubbie has just gone to get chinese so I`m sat in bed away from them all cos I`m fricken starving :cry:

I did ;) I took myself off to bed with my laptop and had a whinge fest with friends on Facebook & MSN lol then went to collect my eldest from work.

I did have something in the end as I remembered I had some GF bread and some eggs so had a boiled egg and a slice of that.

Still not been shopping and gotta take son to work in a bit which means no time to get to the shop before it shuts, So looks like I`m starving again today :sigh:

Anyway, Yesterdays food diary -

Breakfast -

2 Gluten Free Crumpets
2 Free Range poached Eggs

Florette Crispy Salad (Lettuce)
65g Seedless Red Grapes
65g Seedless Green Grapes

1 Free Range Boiled Egg
1 Slice Gluten Free Bread

1 Gluten Free Golden Crunch Biscuit
1 26g pack of Salt & Vinegar Snack a Jacks

1 cup of tea (oops)

Still not been shopping so have raided the pantry cupboard and found beans and jacket taters ;)

Yeah that was my total cals :eek: I don`t consciously calorie count, I watch my fat but it seems to mean I don`t get many cals :confused:

Anyway, I ate more cals today you`ll be pleased to hear ;)

Was a fattening dinner (duck) but it`s a rare treat so stuff it :p lol
 
I`ve had a BAD BAD BAD BAD BAAAAAAAAAAAD day today :(
No-one to blame but myself for being a fat lazy moo who cba to go shopping :/ This meant I had "Brunch" then I had to go shop or kids wouldn`t have had any tea then had to go to work meaning not eating anything other than Brunch :rolleyes:

Got in from work and am STARVING!! and a bit shaky (tho thats down to hormones at the mo, not from lack of food. I always get like it but usually combat it with chocolate).

I`m trying to cut carbs at the mo so even less foods for me to choose from.
