I found myself burning out. I guess if we are only eating 700kcals and then you exercise another 2-300 off, then you will be very low on energy.
Can you have a bar, just to see if it perks you up a little?
I think I've ready that it's quite common to have dips now and then, you should perk up by tomorrow xx
