I'm off to Romania in the morning for a teachers trip- no kids!:D

I have no idea what im going to do plan wise- i am going to take my book and a food diary but tbh i doubt i will be able to syn most things as lunches are provided by the schools we shall visit and eating out every night...

I'm dreading the airport as this is where i 'stock' up for the plane journey LOL. Must not go overboard!!

I plan to enjoy myself- not go over the top and get back on plan whatever the damage when i get home. I have 3 days on plan before weigh in day so hopefully should be able to limit the damage on the scales if i work hard when i get home.

Anyone with any wonderful tips?? x

My only tip would be to enjoy yourself :D

You could always take some alpen light bars and ryvita minis in your hand luggage (and in your suitcase for when you get there). This usually helps me avoid the dreaded airport food!
