Okay, for the past 4 weeks i have been pretty lacking on the diet front... I've just not been trying if i'm honest- but i've been getting away with it in the past 4 weeks all i've put on is 1lb. I dont want too fall back into old ways- I worked so hard too get too target I dont wanna undo all the work...
So i need too get back on track- planning and writing everything down again- I would love too loose about 1.5lbs this week and get back into a Slimming World frame of mind...
But damn it the girls at work have left a big tub of mini muffins on the desk
But i'm not gonna touch em'..........
So far today i have had:
3 Quorn Sausages
1 wholemeal toast (400g loaf)
Beans
Mushrooms
Frylight
Hifi Bar
Syn Free chips
Frylight
Beans
Quorn Ham
And dinner tonight is Syn free macaroni cheese
