    I'm in a similar position to Cavegirl - I don't really know how many hours but these are my goals:

    Personal training - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    5km run/sprints - every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
    30 day Shred/spinning/step (on the days when I have no PT)

    Sundays are my rest days. :)

    My aim is to burn at least 7000 calories a week through exercise.

    I will join in... I'm hoping to do at least 30/40 miles a week on my bike... Just need to find a place around here with no blasted hills lol

    HAH! Off to a brilliant start - my trainer cancelled yesterday and of course, rather than do anything myself, I didn't do anything.

    I'm off for a walk today though - up some fairly unforgiving hills so I should get my 1000 or so burnt today. I'll report back when I'm done!

    Luckily we're back on for 10:00 tomorrow. :D

    I've now done my walk. I'm not sure how far it was as my gps was knackered but I think it was around 13.5km.

    I'm so jealous of you being able to get out on your bike. I haven't been on mine since I had my daughter (she's 10 months today) but I'm dying to get pedalling again. I have to make do with the spin bike at the moment.

    Anyway, total calories burnt for today = 1120.

    So it's 30,000 calories to burn, with 1120 burnt, leaving 28,880 to go.

    Love going out on my bike, have my son to thank for that.. Doubt that I will ever get to his level lol.... Takes me around an hour to bike 7 mile he would have done 23 by then... He done the prudential ride London 100 back in august, and that has pushed me back into peddling, just watching all these thousands of people doing it ....

    10 month baby how cute... Good luck with you gym tomorrow xx

    Hi can I join please? Managed to keep going to the gym 2-3 times a week through the summer hols, so once the kids go back to school on Monday I'm ready to go for it!

    So far this month I've been to the gym twice, aiming for 12 sessions this month.

    I'm desperately trying to motivate myself. My DD is asleep at the moment and as she refuses to sleep in her cot while having naps, she's on our bed. I can't train while she's on our bed as she's as swift as greased lightning when she wakes up and will have fallen off it by the time I get to her. I'm therefore sitting here with a cup of coffee watching last night's Big Brother (I know, I know!) waiting for her to wake up so we can both go upstairs for me to train. The problem tends to be that I get hungry, so I have my mid morning snack... and then I can't train because I feel sick - but I need something to eat or by the time I start training, I'll feel faint - and on and on it goes... *sigh*
