I thought it would be fun/inspirational to pick a goal loss for this month and try reach it.
This is done on some of the forums weight loss plans such as weight watchers.
Just copy and paste from the name list previous to your addition and update on weigh in days.
I'm back on Atkins after having a crazy couple of months, not doing anything and managed to put on nearly a stone eeek :crymy own fault) Back to kenya 31st October so I have a goal to aim for!
For September I'd like to lose 10lb, I know its a lot but starting again should show a decent loss in the first week!
