Back again, once more. Lost count how many times I have done SW in the past, I think about four or five times, with WW thrown in in the middle, reaching target pretty much every time.
My problem isn't losing weight, my huge problem is maintaining it.
HOWEVER, I have come to the conclusion that I will stop beating myself up over it. I am almost 50 now, and will likely spend the remainder of my worldly existence merrily yoyoing away. So what. If I was a cynic, I would say, this is what keeps every commercial diet on the planet in favour with their shareholders? Knowing that the majority of us poor mere mortal cannot adopt 'healthy' eating as a habit for good? Never mind, so be it.

I rejoined SW on 21/04/22 and I was at the heaviest I have ever been. 13st7 (87kg). Man alive!
So far, I have lost 12.5 lbs, weigh in tonight and hoping for another loss.

Wishing all of my fellow losers here a great day and it's good to be back again.
