I have a box of caramel peanut breakfast bars they are 1.5 g carb and 130 kcals do you think i could have 2 instead of the cs bar as I cant really afford to go and buy anymore at the minute

i should think you could the cs ones have 9grms of carb so you still be only having 3 grms some of the atkins are 3 grm and ive had 2 of them

oh my god that was the worse thing i have ever eaten it was crunchy chewy acidic vomit!

I have tried sero bars - and yes they do actually smell of vomit!! :jelous:

Really? Oh I am sorry you didnt enjoy it - I loved my chocolate sero bar, thought i was yummy and tasted like fudge? I gotta admit I didnt sniff it so missed the whole vomit thing.....

This one was caramel peanut bar, i do not recommend them lol, will try the choc ones.

I made the mistake of buying a whole box of the peanut sero bars thinking they would taste the same as the CD ones - should have just bought one to try first!!

Even the dog turned his nose up and he eats anything :8855:
