I'm going to start running again on Monday for no other reason than I enjoy it and miss it quite a lot. 
I'll be starting at around week 6 on the C25K program and should be up to 5K three times a week soon.
It will coincide with my weights days and I think that will put me firmly in the 'moderately active' category.
