lol what happens if you get cystitis (after sex) whilst on this diet? Since cranberry juice and oasis sachets are off limits, how would you cope with the burrrrn?

well I'm not even half way yet and things have improved loads. I think it's all down to the head too and my sex drive has gone mental, with me wanting and getting it more than once some days

When I was fat I never got any - obviously I've made up for lost time since I lost the weight. First few times I was rubbish and had psychological issues that made it a stressful time but I persevered and now enjoy sex much more. Sex drive is about the same I think.

One plus side though - as I got smaller ... I also got bigger ....
