SF/LT Maintenance Combo?

Hi Guys

Im starting today on SF and also using my the remainder of my LT maintenance with a meal at the end of the day plus snacks (fruit etc) if i get hungry.

do you think this will be ok to do? ive got 1 st 3lb to lose

I don't know anything about LT but I'm sure if you are basically following the SF plan then the weight should come off

i think ill use all the lipotrim maintenance and then transfer to slimfast totally once its all gone
