Shakes/Soups Into Solids?

Can you make the shakes or soups into solid food ect or not? i was reading through lighterlife and i could see you can but can you not do that with exante?

Id say as there mostly the same then yeah you can ..

i used to make a mouse with the shakes that was yumm and had a different texture so was a change

just remember to drink more as you wont be having the usual amount in a mixed shake xx

How did you used to make a mouse?

and do you mean drink more shake or more water? i sound so dumb dont i

Mousse

1 VLCD Shake Pack
1 Scoop Mix-A-Mousse i use any powdered gelatin
150 mls water

Put 150mls of water into a Jug and put into the freezer compartment for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out the water as soon as crystals start to form on the surface.

Remove from freezer and pour the shake pack onto the surface of the water.

Without stirring pour the scoop of Mix-A-Mousse onto the top of the shake pack.

blend with a hand blender scrape remaining powder and mixture back into the mixture with a spoon and blend for a further 15 seconds

then put in the fridge to set
