Shakeweight?

Ok, so it looks like something from Ann Summers lol but has anyone actually used this and does it work? I'm always sceptical of workout equipment I think I have a bit of a phobia about it lol but this one does look actually quite good...could be another gimmick though

ohhh seen these on telly one night i couldnt sleep, and yes look like something from ann summers hehehehe. Dunno if any good tbh just gets rid of your flab on arms if im correct? or maybe more im not sure, but if you get them let me know to invest or not lol ill let you be guinea pig
