I would say go for it. Steak and salad will let you stay in ketosis, and you should be fine. (That's what I had for dinner, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite). Treat it as a WS day, so have your 3 packs, and then your BBQ. If you limit yourself to just eating that while you're at the BBQ, hopefully you should be fine - however, only you know yourself, and have to decide if you can draw the line there, or if you think you'd be tempted to then eat everything else!
