2 med wholemeal bread 2pts
2 tbsp cottage cheese 1pts
Yogurt 1pts

WW meal 4?
1 med wholemeal bread 1pts

Apple 0.5pts
Pear 1pts
Orange 0.5pts
1 tbsp raisins 1pts

This makes a total of 16 points, added to my milk in my coffee should make this 18. Does this look ok? It seems like so much food compared to what I am used to eating!

looks good. I can't really plan what I'm having, as more often than not I change my mind. The WW Chicken Curry is 4.5 points. Check the front of the boxes as they are all different values. I think the Beef in Red wine is 4
