Oooh a hot chocolate does sound tempting, can be my friday night treat after Kettlebells and just before bed!

We have some Green & Blacks Organic Cocoa in the house, anyone know what kinda syns i'd be looking at for these?

It depends on how many calories it work out as. I think the 1 syn per 20 calories rule would apply here :D

Yesterday i bought alot of carrots/brocolli/cauliflower & made up little bags that I've just put in the freezer and will steam with everymeal. Its very convenient not having to chop everynight!

Lost 1.5lbs on Wed, was happy of course but really wanted 2 to get my half stone award. Is my * week though they just came on yesterday so hopefully away by next WI and I will show a difference:
