Shiny new diary! All help on my weight loss journey is appreciated!

Misreable Sunday here, its chucking it down and its very very cold. Was up early this morning and away to shops to get more fruit and veg in. Todays food looks like this:

Today
Br:
2 Hifi light bars (HexB)
1 banana

Lu:
Handull pineapple chunks
handfull strawberries
Creamy cheese mugshot - 3syns

Sn:


Tea:
1 Gammon Steak, fat removed
Steamed broccoli, cauliflower & Carrots.

Syns:
1 cream cheese mugshot - 3
Maybe some choc later on - 6.5
Total 9.5
 
So its Monday, came in to work at 730 this morning to get started early, computer wouldn't work! Grrr sods law that!

I'm away this weekend to Edinburgh for my partners birthday. Gonna be out clubbing & out for tea etc and i'm just thinking of having aweekend off plan, gonna be too much hassle trying to work out syns etc. What do you think Emmyr? although i'm worried i'll just put all the weight back on.

1 Chicken Breast cooked with Maggies oh so Juicy Paprika (5 syns whole bag, 1.25syn per breast)
Served on bed on Salad with maybe some veggies too!

2 tsps utterly butterly - 2
Total 3.25
 
Busy day at work today, in at 730 supposed to finish at 4 but think i'll be here till about 5 :(

Not sure yet!

2 tsps utterly butterly - 2
Maybe some choclate :)
Total 3.25 so far.
 
you could always follow plan as much as possible then have the extra syns and start afresh after the weekend?

hope work haven't keep you too much longer x

God i'm so useless at keeping this up to date. Gonna have to make a real effort now though cos I have stopped handing diary's into my consultant.

Had a great very overindulgent weekend but I think I deserved it. Was out Thur, Fri, Sat & Sun, lunch most days, drink all of them! I had taken a holiday from tonights WI because I was supposed to be getting my hair done but thats not happening anymore. Think I will still give WI a miss though. Today is day 1 of being back on track.
