Starting again today as yesterday was a complete train wreck off the wagon day!

Probably because of all the crap I ate yesterday I've been ill all day!

So don't shoot me for not having breakfast or lunch.

Tea: HUGE plate of mexican rice (recipe as the one on SW webbie except used a tin of hot and spicy beans instead of red kidney beans) Yummy!
Muller Light vanilla Yogurt.

Several cups of tea (no sugar, splashes of SS milk)
 
Yes thanks I am, tummy still a bit iffy, but that's the change of diet I think!

Today: EE (I think I'm a bit confused)

B/F: Nothing
Lunch: Quorn Sausages, bacon, steam fried egg, grilled tomato. apple
Tea: Gammon steak, baked potato (tsp of low fat spread), mushy peas, sweetcorn


( I have Syn free quiche in the fridge if I need it later)

Well the weekend was a wash out just for a laugh I'm gonna write down what I ate!

Saturday
B/f= none
Lunch: 2 x white rolls with ham and 1 tsp mayo
1 Pkt Seabooks Crisps
Mullerlight

Tea: Chicken breast stuffed with light cheese triangle and wrapped in bacon
Batchelors savoury rice with a pouch of veg
Bowl of jelly (not even the sugar free stuff) ice cream and squirty cream

Hubby opened a box of Christmas chocolates (He's the chocoholic I can usually resist!)
I had 5 of those. :rolleyes:

Sunday
B/F 2 x weetabix and milk from allowance
Lunch: roast pork, roast taties x3, loads of veg, 2 x yorkshire pudding, gravy, crackling and apple sauce,
3 x pear halves in juice, scoop ice cream squirty cream.

Tea: 2 x slices cheese on toast, mullerlight
another x5 of the chocolates

I don't even want to THINK how many syns that lot was!

Back on the wagon today!
