Should I exercise?

Ok... my cdc has told me from week one that i should not do ANY exercise! none whatsoever. She blames my not so good weight loss in my first week on the fact that i had been doing Just Dance on Wii.

Alot of people on here seem to be doing lots of exercise and Im not sure now because since my rubbish weigh in all i have done is walking to and from work... and thats it!

When i had loads of energy on the first sunday I decided to spring clean my flat but she told me off for doing that. she said I need to relax and just let ketosis do its job and that I dont need to do anything to lose weight.

Very confused because I think doing exercise might help me but im being told that it wont help but will give me bad weigh ins coz my body retains the water.

Any advice?

lots of people have found that exercise slows or stops their weightloss. CD is so far less than the ideal number of calories your body uses to sustain life, that effectively cutting that number even further (by requiring however many calories to fuel your activity) can cause your body to go into shock, and stop burning fat, and instead shutting down inessential functions, such as hair growth.

I think because you've just started the diet it will be best not to do any exercise. Maybe once you get nearer to goal?
